Welcome to BrainSync Adaptive Labs. By browsing our website, requesting evaluation licenses, or compiling our client SDK libraries, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

1. License Trial Scope

Developer evaluation keys and trial files distributed via our licensing portal are intended solely for testing, sandboxing, and non-production integrations. Commercial deployments require a fully signed licensing agreement with BrainSync Adaptive Labs.

2. SyncLink SDK Constraints

The SyncLink SDK is licensed to interface with compatible servers, database engines, and WebSocket event brokers.

• Safety & Critical Systems: Our SDK products are not calibrated or designed for medical diagnoses, life-support applications, or safety-critical control loops. They should not be used in critical health or safety networks.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompilation or reverse engineering of the local SQLite-VSS configurations or compiling schemas of our proprietary libraries is strictly prohibited under this evaluation license.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Our products are provided "as is". BrainSync Adaptive Labs holds no liability for any data loss, hardware malfunctions, or unexpected database schema modifications resulting from testing local database indexes.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local jurisdiction of BrainSync Adaptive Labs, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
